Mansfield Town Football in the Community played host to the Forge Trust Girls Football festival last week hosting the following schools;
- West Park Academy
- Parkgate Academy
- Forest View Academy
- Sir Donald Bailey Academy
A fantastic event with the aim to inspire and encourage girls to play football who may have not had the confidence to play before. In the morning, our staff set up fun and engaging football drills for the girls to practice their skill levels and then a round robin tournament took place in the afternoon. Adam Bailey and Gareth Clarke give their views on what was a fantastic day out for the girls.
