Staying Connected During Lockdown

With a third nationwide lockdown now in full force, Mansfield Town Football in the Community are launching a new campaign to support participants virtually during the lockdown period.

‘Virtual Connections’ will be a weekly group initially open to those aged 45 and over, designed to try and keep the conversation going and provide a positive boost to participants’ mental health during this challenging period.

Taking place one per week via an online platform, the group will include fun, interactive quizzes and games – along with other activities and support mechanisms such as discussions & activity suggestions around mental health, healthy eating and staying active in a safe manor.
