Mansfield Town Football in the Community are delighted to announce better than expected results for departing Post 16 Students, as A-Level Results are released nationally.
The five students’ achievements mark the end of an era, as from September – Football in the Community will be delivering the BTEC Diploma/ Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development, rather than the BTEC Level Three Diploma/ Extended Diploma in Sport.
Education Officer Elizabeth Regan said “I’m so proud of all of the students’ achievements, the better than anticipated grading certainly highlights their desire and commitment to their education, especially during lockdown when forced to work remotely.
“We take pride in helping our students reach beyond their potential and I’m proud to see this bunch grow into confident young adults, ready to take the next step in their lives and careers – I wish them all the best and thank them for their efforts during their time with us”

As the students move on, Mansfield Town Football in the Community are now preparing for September and the launch of the new qualification and games program, with limited places available.
